GOALS FOR PRESERVATION

The Gallery at Mossman Hall will be open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 12-5 PM and Monday from 10 AM to 2 PM.  Individual Instructors have modified schedules so please contact instructor for updates.

Mossman Hall, Outside and In; Music, Art and Fellowship on the Grounds at Mossman

​Friday February 4th, 6-9 PM

Come to view the artwork of Diana Simmons and stay to enjoy the music and fellowship.​

  • Transformed office space into fully functioning gallery and community space.

  • Added two buildings to the "Clay Station", a fully functioning ceramics studio.  Now there is a building for working on the pottery wheel and making freeform pottery and a second building for finishing the pottery with paints and glaze prior to firing  in the kiln.

  • Increased artist membership by 40% from 2015 to 2021.

  • Showcased over 70 "artists of the month" over a six year period.

  • Partnered with Clay Electric, local businesses, and community organizations.

  • Put on local art and educational events.

  • Increased the utilization of the facility by hosting the Four Corners home school group.

  • Updated website, social media, marketing and advertising.

  • Added  a community garden to the site with sixteen plots available to rent.

  • Sponsorship of beginning children and adult artists.

Reserve the Mossman Hall and/or grounds for your wedding, family reunion, birthday party, anniversary, gender reveal, conference, lectures, training and more.

The wooden floor in the Mossman Hall has been approved for ball room dancing.

Visitors at the November Art Walk

Join us for First Friday Art Walk at Mossman Hall on Friday, February 4th. Beginning at 6pm we will have an artist's reception for Diana Simmons, sculptor and member artist at Mossman Hall.

Diana's sculptures are beautiful and raw; deep and full of character and life.

​​​Poetry Open Mic February 12th at 5 p.m. with a Love Poem Contest. Prizes will be given for the most bizarre love poem!
